Web Development

Web that earns its weight. We build sites and platforms on modern frameworks (Next.js, React, Vercel) with a Lighthouse 95+ bar baked in from the first commit.

Overview

Web Development built for business.

Sapere Digital builds fast, secure, scalable websites that blend strategy, design, and performance to convert visitors into loyal customers.

We build on Next.js and React, deploy on Vercel, and hold every page to a Lighthouse 95+ bar from the first commit. Every element is a typed component with a documented reason to exist, the design system is CSS-first, and the content model is chosen for how you actually plan to update the site. What we hand over is a codebase your team, or the next agency, can read on the first pass.

Approach

How we run a web development engagement.

  1. 01

    Discover

We start with a short, sharp working session: the goal, the constraints, the metric that decides whether this worked. Everything downstream points back to that.

  2. 02

    Define

We turn the discovery into a written plan: scope, deliverables, timeline, and the moments where you sign off. No surprises, no scope creep.

  3. 03

    Build

We ship in tight increments you can react to, not 6-month black boxes. Each step lands in your inbox with a clear note on what changed and what is next.

  4. 04

    Hand off

You leave with documentation, training, and a system your team can actually run with. We do not build dependence on us as a feature.

FAQs

Questions before you start.

I do not have a website yet. Where do we start?

With a 60-minute discovery call. We map what your business actually needs the site to do — booking calls, showing work, ranking on Google, taking orders — and quote against that. First-time site owners can be live in three to six weeks depending on scope; the real gating factor is usually copy and photography, not code.

How much does a new website cost?

Small business marketing sites in the US and Canada typically run USD $6,000 to $25,000 depending on scope, page count, integrations, and content help. Custom builds on Next.js scale higher. We quote fixed on scope so the number does not change under your feet mid-project.

How long does it take to build a website?

Three to eight weeks for a marketing site, depending on scope and how ready the content is. If we are writing copy and coordinating photography, the calendar stretches. If you already have text and imagery, we can move fast. We share a week-by-week plan on day one.

Do you host the site too?

We deploy on Vercel by default — fastest option for a modern site, generous free tier, no server administration. If you need something more traditional (WordPress on managed hosting or a hosting bundle) we scope that separately.

Will the site work on mobile?

Every site we ship passes Lighthouse mobile 90+ across performance, accessibility, and SEO. Mobile-first is not a checkbox for us — it is the primary layout target because most traffic in most industries is now on phones.

A website that performs as well as it presents.
